A thick blanket of dense fog is decreasing in coverage over central Minnesota...if you are traveling that way be prepared to slow down. The steady rain is moving north out of Iowa into south central Minnesota. A widespread tenth of an inch is expected over most of the southeast half of Minnesota and western west central Wisconsin...by noon today. Up to a quarter inch could fall around Blue Earth and Fairmont.
