Special Statement
Issued: 4:28 PM CST Feb. 8, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Snow covered and slick roads expected for the evening commute...

Although light snow has been falling all day... the combination of
colder air advecting in from the west and the approach of sunset
has caused snow to start to accumulate on area roads late this
afternoon across northeast... east central and portions of central
Wisconsin. A few tenths of an inch of snow accumulation is
possible during the late afternoon and evening commute.

Although snowfall amounts are expected to be light... some roads
may become snow covered and slippery. Motorists are urged to
exercise caution when traveling area roads during the late
afternoon and evening commute.
