Another cold air mass from Canada will surge into Wisconsin
overnight. The combination temperatures falling to near or a few
degrees below zero and 10 to 15 mph winds will result in wind
chill indices to around 20 below zero by daybreak Wednesday.

Wind chills this low indicate frostbite to exposed skin can occur
in as little as 30 minutes. Be sure to dress appropriately when
heading outside tomorrow morning.
