	Special Weather Statement
Statement as of 3:49 PM CST on November 23, 2009 ... Potential of some snow accumulation for Thanksgiving travelers... A developing low pressure system over the Central Plains early this week is expected to track toward the Great Lakes region Tuesday night into Thursday. Initially the air mass will be warm enough for mainly rain through Wednesday and perhaps early Wednesday evening. However later Wednesday night as colder air is wrapped into this low pressure system... rain will become mixed with snow and may even change to all snow at times late Wednesday night over parts of central and north central Wisconsin. The rain and snow mix will continue Thursday until the system departs east of the area Thursday night. There is the potential of an inch or two of snow accumulation Wednesday night over central and north central Wisconsin and then over parts of northeast Wisconsin Thursday. Since this low pressure system is days away and developing... forecast conditions may change. Travelers should monitor later forecasts for more details on this developing system. Tdh
