... Lake effect Snow Advisory remains in effect until 7 am EST
this morning...

Hazardous weather...

* lake effect snow showers and blowing snow will gradually diminish
   through daybreak. The strongest winds and most widespread blowing
   snow will occur over the Keweenaw peninsula... especially over
   Keweenaw County.

* Wind chill readings will be as low as 20 below zero this morning.

Impacts...

* snow covered roads will continue to be slippery.

* Blowing snow in open areas... especially over Keweenaw County... will
   reduce visibilities to one half mile or less at times early this
   morning.

* Wind chill values to 20 below zero can lead to frost bite on
   exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.
