to 4 PM EST Saturday...

Hazardous weather...

* snow will begin between 7 am and 9 am. There may be a lull late
   morning before heavier lake effect snow develops this
   afternoon.

* Whiteouts possible as winds increase this afternoon.

* Total snow 6 to 10 inches... well over a foot locally.
