==Discussion==
an Arctic ridge of high pressure will continue to build over the BC
interior tonight. As the ridge strengthens, cold air will spread from
the interior to the coast. The cold air will be accompanied by very
strong outflow winds through Mainland valleys and inlets. These
strong winds have already begun over the north and central coasts and
are expected to develop through south coastal valleys and inlets
tonight.

The freezing temperatures are forecast to persist for several days.

The public is advised to monitor future forecasts and warnings as
warnings may be required or extended.
