today to midnight CST /11 PM MST/ tonight...

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Freezing
Rain Advisory... which is in effect from noon CST /11 am MST/
today to midnight CST /11 PM MST/ tonight.

* Plan on freezing rain to develop around noon and then diminish
around midnight. The freezing rain may mix with
sleet... rain... or snow at times.

* Total ice accumulations of a glaze are expected.

* The ice will result in very slippery conditions on
sidewalks... roads and bridges.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Freezing Rain Advisory means that periods of freezing rain or
drizzle will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery
roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. The latest Road

several inches may accumulate... mainly in the James River Valley.
