... Lake effect snow warning in effect until 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/
Tuesday...

The National Weather Service in Marquette has upgraded the Winter
Weather Advisory to a lake effect snow warning for heavy lake effect
snow and blowing snow... which is in effect until 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/
Tuesday.

Hazardous weather...

* snow showers will continue moderate to heavy at times through
   tonight and Tuesday morning before diminishing on Tuesday
   afternoon.

* Expect additional accumulations through Tuesday afternoon to range
   between 5 and 10 inches from Ironwood and Wakefield to Bergland...
   White Pine and Mass City. Storm total snowfall will approach 18
   inches at some places in this area. Farther inland... an
   additional 1 to 4 inches will accumulate from Watersmeet and
   Marenisco to Bruce Crossing through Tuesday afternoon.

* Expect areas of blowing snow with reduced visibility through
   Tuesday afternoon along Lake Superior.
