Special Statement
Issued: 2:53 PM EST Feb. 12, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Very cold wind chills late tonight and Saturday...

An Arctic cold front will sweep south through the region
overnight. Very cold temperatures will filter into the region
in the wake of this front. Low temperatures will range from 5 to
10 degrees above zero. These cold temperatures combined with
northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph will result in wind chill readings
as cold as zero to 10 below zero late tonight and Saturday morning.

Those planning to venture outdoors should use common sense and
dress warmly, making sure that all exposed skin is covered.
