... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 PM EST
Wednesday...

* lake effect snow will continue to increase in coverage and
intensity through the overnight hours.

* Snowfall rates of one to two inches per hour are expected
within the heaviest lake effect snow bands.

* Snow ratios will average 20:1... resulting in a dry snow which
will be more likely to blow around.

* Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches are expected
through the day on Wednesday. Locally higher amounts are
possible where snow showers persist the longest.

* Expect significant reductions in visibility. Wind gusts of 15
to 25 mph will result in substantial blowing and drifting snow.

* Travel will be difficult... including during the morning commute
on Wednesday.
