Statement as of 9:38 PM EST on February 28, 2015

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 am Sunday to
7 am EST Monday...

* snow accumulations... 4 to 6 inches... locally higher near and
south of a line from Millersburg to Corry.

* Timing... snow is expected to spread into the area late tonight
and then continue into Sunday night.

* Period of most intense snow... shortly after sunrise to early
afternoon with another increase of snow rates possible during
the evening.

* Snow ending... gradually end from west to east Sunday night.

* Impacts... snow will be the main threat during this event.
Hazardous travel conditions are expected due to reduced
visibility from the snow and snow accumulation.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory is normally issued for a variety of
winter weather conditions including light snow... blowing snow...
sleet... freezing rain and wind chills. While the weather will be
