Tuesday...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow remains in
effect until 11 am MST Tuesday.

* Timing and main impact: light to moderate snow will continue to
spread south across southwest Montana overnight... then it will
diminish Tuesday morning. Gusty north winds with blowing and
drifting snow will also spread south through the evening
hours... but they will diminish later tonight into the morning

snow packed roads.

* Snow accumulations: 1 to 2 inches in the valleys. 3 to 6 inches
in the mountains... up to 8 inches possible on the higher peaks.

* Winds and visibility: gusty north winds at 20 to 25 mph with
gusts to 40 mph will reduce visibility to less than one mile
at times in blowing and drifting snow... mainly overnight.

* Temperature and wind chill: temperatures falling into the
single digits above and below zero overnight... combined with
the windy conditions... will create wind chill values of 10
below zero to 20 below zero later tonight through Tuesday
morning.

* Locations affected include: White Sulphur Springs... Battle
Ridge Pass... Bozeman... Bozeman Pass... Targhee Pass... West
Yellowstone... Boulder... Boulder Hill... Elk Park Pass...
