Statement as of 5:26 AM MDT on May 26, 2015

The National Weather Service in Billings has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
Central Sheridan County in north central Wyoming...

* until 545 PM MDT Tuesday

* at 500 am MDT... flooding continues along little Goose Creek in the
foothills of the Bighorn Mountains. Recent heavy rainfall... along
with some mountain snow melt... is also causing other creeks to run
at bankfull as well... resulting in localized flooding.

* Even though flooding continues... water levels have peaked and have
been slowly Falling. Water levels are expected to continue to fall
through the day.

* Additional showers and thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
and evening. Any precipitation that does occur could exacerbate
flooding or at least slow down water level declines.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Do not drive over a water covered Road... as the Road may be washed
out underneath.
