... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 5 am to noon
EST Friday...

* expect snow showers to develop around dawn on Friday and then
taper to scattered snow showers by midday on Friday.

* Total snow accumulations of around an inch are expected for most
of the advisory area... with locally up to an inch and a half near
the Tennessee and Virginia borders.

* Reduced visibilities are anticipated in heavier snow showers.

* Plan on slippery Road conditions on Friday morning... including
during the morning commute on Friday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
