Statement as of 8:57 PM CST on March 04, 2015

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 am CST
Thursday...

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 am CST Thursday.

* Timing: sleet in Christian and Todd counties in Kentucky will
change over to all snow by 11 PM. Elsewhere... moderate to heavy
snow will continue through the late evening. The snows will
taper off from northwest to southeast overnight.

* Main impact: total sleet and snow accumulations will generally
range from 6 to 10 inches across the region. Some locally higher
amounts will be possible. Gusty north winds will cause
significant snow drifts.

* Other impacts: roads throughout the region have become slick and
hazardous. Travel is strongly discouraged tonight.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow and
sleet are expected or occurring. Gusty winds are also possible.
This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
