Temperatures are expected to fall into the teens below zero
overnight... with light winds around 5 mph or less. The combination
of bitterly cold temperatures and light winds will create wind
chill values... in the 20 below to 30 below range across portions
of central and north central Iowa around sunrise Friday. Please
exercise caution when outdoors with these bitterly cold
temperatures and wind chills.
