Temperatures are expected to drop rapidly overnight... into the
teens and low 20s. This will lead to rapid freezing of untreated
roadways and walkways... which could become slippery with black
ice.

Those traveling are urged to use caution and allow for extra time
as the ice may be difficult to see.
