... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 am EST
Monday...

* snow will fall heavily at times this evening... and then taper
off overnight. A brief period of freezing rain or sleet is
possible this evening near the Tennessee border. Rain will
develop during the day on Monday.

* Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are expected. Ice and
sleet accumulations should be negligible.

* Snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour or more will occur at times
this evening. This will cause very poor travel conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means that periods of snow
will cause significant travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
