through Thursday afternoon.

* Timing: rain changing to snow Wednesday morning through early
afternoon. Some sleet may mix in for a short time. Snow
continuing through Wednesday night or early Thursday morning.

* Main impact: snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches possible with
locally higher amounts. This would result in major travel
disruptions Wednesday and Wednesday night.

* Other impacts: snow rates may be intense... resulting in rapid
accumulations and reduced visibility.
