The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
central Montgomery County in west central Ohio...
southwestern Greene County in west central Ohio...

* until 630 PM EDT.

* At 414 PM EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
moving slowly east across the area. Rainfall rates of 1 to locally
2 inches an hour can be expected.

* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
