... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...

* locations... southern Delaware.

* Hazard types... a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain
changing to snow.

* Snow accumulations... 4 to 6 inches.

* Ice accumulations... around a trace.

* Timing... rain will change to a freezing rain and sleet mix just
after daybreak before changing to all snow this morning. The
snow will continue throughout the day and end this evening.
Snow may be heavy at times.

* Temperatures... in the mid 30s.

* Wind... becoming north and gusting to 20 mph during the day
Thursday.

* Visibility... may lower briefly to one half mile during late this
morning or afternoon.

* Impacts... widespread and substantial impacts on travel are
expected.
