Special Statement
Statement as of 3:48 AM EST on March 06, 2015

... Slick roads due to ice early this morning...

Temperatures were in the single digits to mid 20s early this
morning. As a result... areas of residual slush and water from the
rain... sleet and snow on Thursday have frozen into ice. This will
mean slippery conditions on roads and sidewalks. Anyone going out
should be alert for areas of ice... especially near bridges and
overpasses... as well as along secondary roads.
