Butler County in south central Kansas...

* until 600 am CDT

* at 524 am CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar was tracking
strong thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall along a line
extending from 5 miles south of Burns to near Benton to downtown
Wichita... and moving southeast at 50 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms along
with heavy rainfall rates.

* Locations impacted include...
Wichita... Derby... El Dorado... Andover... Augusta... Park city...
Valley Center... Bel Aire... Mulvane... Rose Hill... Maize...
