Wright and southwestern Texas counties...

At 227 PM CDT... the Department of Transportation indicated that
numerous roads remained closed from heavy rainfall that fell across
the warned area over the past 24 hours.

Runoff from this rain is causing flooding. Locations in the warning
include... Ash Grove... Ava... Battlefield... Billings... Cabool...
Clever... Diggins... Everton... Fair Grove... Fordland... Greenfield...
Highlandville... Lockwood... Mansfield... Miller... Mountain Grove...
