Nowcast | as of 5:20 PM CDT on April 19, 2015

At 5:15 PM... National Weather Service Doppler radar continued to indicate scattered showers and thunderstorms over much of eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas. The showers and storms were moving east northeast 35 to 40 mph. Through 7:00 PM... scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to end from northwest to southeast. Much of the area however... will continue to have showers and thunderstorms... as low pressure rapidly skirts eastward near the Oklahoma Kansas border. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect for much of eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas until 8:00 PM CDT Sunday.
