The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 9 am CDT this morning.

* Visibilities... will drop to or below one quarter of a mile

* impacts... sudden changes in visibilities could lead to unsafe
driving conditions in foggy areas.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
