A red flag warning remains in effect from 11 am to 9 PM MDT
Thursday.

* Area and timing... the north central mountains and west Central
Highlands below significant snow pack as well as the Rio Grande
Valley and northwest plateau late Thursday morning through early
evening.

* 20 foot winds... west 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* Relative humidity... varying from 5 to 8 percent at the lower
elevations to 8 to 15 percent west Central Highlands and north
central mountains.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
