The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
southwestern Cibola County in west central New Mexico...

* until 745 PM MDT

* at 542 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms east and south of Ojo Caliente.
These storms were moving toward the west around 15 mph. Up to one
inch of rain is expected as these storms move through the area.
This may cause minor flooding of low lying areas... including along
Highway 36 north of Fence Lake... County Road 34 and County Road
c33. High water flows are possible in Pinitos Draw and Terrero
Draw.

Fence Lake.

northeastern Sandoval County in north central New Mexico...
south central Rio Arriba County in north central New Mexico...

* until 715 PM MDT

* at 518 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms over the Jemez Mountains. Up to
one inch of rain has already fallen... and an additional inch of
rain is possible. This impacts areas along the Rio Cebolla and its
tributaries... Telephone Canyon... San Antonio creek and Sulphur
creek. Forest services roads 126... 144 and 276 may see flooding in
low lying areas.

* Locations impacted include...
Jemez Springs... Jemez State Monument and Fenton Lake State Park.

Other locations affected include the following locations
Redondo campground... Rio las vacas campground... Rio Puerco
campground... San Antonio campground... Seven Springs day use area...
and Battleship Rock.

southwestern McKinley County in west central New Mexico...

* until 630 PM MDT

* at 427 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms between Pescado and Black Rock. Up
to one inch of rain has already fallen. The heaviest rain has
fallen between Indian Route 5 and Highway 602... near and just
north of Highway 53. Minor flooding may occur along these
roadways... especially in low lying areas. Between one half and one
inch of additional rainfall is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
Zuni Pueblo... Black Rock and Pescado.
