Scattered showers and thunderstorms about 60 nautical miles west of Naples continue to train across the same area without showing a net movement or propagation towards the coast at this time. Current atmospheric conditions indicate that if this activity finally makes a moves toward the coast it is likely to weaken significantly or dissipate. Despite that there is still a chance of a shower or two across Collier Glades and Hendry counties this afternoon. Additional isolated showers could also affect the area moving north from the Keys.
