PST Monday...

* winds... areas of northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50
mph. Isolated gusts to 60 mph possible below the Cajon Pass
and near the coastal foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains.

* Timing... winds increasing overnight with the strongest winds
late tonight into Monday morning... weakening Monday afternoon.

* Location... near coastal foothills and below passes and canyons.

* Visibility... locally reduced in blowing dust.
