northeastern Broward County in southeastern Florida...
southeastern Palm Beach County in southeastern Florida...

* until 730 PM EST

* at 529 PM EST... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area. Radar estimates 4 to 5 inches of rain have
fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Coral Springs... Boca Raton... Deerfield Beach... Coconut Creek...
Parkland... Boca del Mar... Godfrey Road... hamptons at Boca Raton...
Boca pointe... Mission Bay... Hillsboro pines... Boca west... Hillsboro
