evening.

* Winds... increasing to 20 mph out of the west to northwest this
afternoon with gusts to around 30 mph.

* Impacts... choppy conditions on Open Lakes and other larger
bodies of water will make operation of small boats potentially
hazardous.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
