... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 730 am CDT for
eastern Ector and Midland counties...

At 558 am CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Several inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding will continue.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Midland... Odessa... west Odessa... Goldsmith... mission Dorado...
Gardendale... Cotton Flat... Midland Airpark... Odessa schelemeyer
field... North Cowden... Midland International Airport... Midland
international... Spraberry... Warfield... Greenwood and skywest Airport.

Additional rainfall amounts of around 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.

There have been several reports of water rescues and cars submerged
across the area. Please do not travel if at all possible! Moderate
rain will continue over the next couple of hours and may cause more
flooding.
