... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 7 am CDT Tuesday...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of Louisiana and Texas... including the following
areas... in Louisiana... Allen... Avoyelles... Beauregard...
Calcasieu... East Cameron... Evangeline... Jefferson Davis...
Rapides... Vernon and West Cameron. In Texas... Hardin...
Jefferson... northern Jasper... northern Newton... Orange...
southern Jasper... southern Newton and Tyler.

* Until 7 am CDT Tuesday

* another round of heavy rain is expected to fall on already
saturated ground tonight. Additional rainfall amounts are
expected to range from 1 to 3 inches with isolated higher
amounts. A majority of this rainfall will fall in a short amount
of time.
