Edgefield County in central South Carolina...

* until 730 PM EDT

* at 429 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated two bands of heavy rain
crossing the central Savannah River area... producing rainfall
amounts of 1 to 3 inches per hour. This will cause Urban and Small
Stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated... or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
Do not attempt to travel across flooded roads. Find alternate routes.
