Temperatures will fall below freezing across northeast Georgia and
upstate South Carolina overnight. This will create the potential
for black ice to form on Road surfaces wet from the previous
rainfall refreeze. Drivers on area roadways should be prepared to
encounter very slippery spots. Some areas on roads that appear
clear may be covered by a thin layer of ice.
