The Flood Warning continues for
the Waccamaw at Conway.
* Until further notice.
* At 10:15 am Monday the stage was 11.79 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 12.8 feet by Friday morning.
Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* Impact... at 13.0 feet... flooding will occur in residential areas off business
501, Highway 905 and Highway 90. Water levels one foot deep will surround
approximately 20 homes in the Savannah Bluff area. Flood waters will also
surround homes in the Lees Landing, Pitch Landing and riverfront south
communties. Flooding will occur near a few homes on Oak street as well as at
Punch Bowl and Pitch Landing.

The Flood Warning continues for
the little Pee Dee at Galivants Ferry.
* Until further notice.
* At 11:00 am Monday the stage was 10.32 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 10.8 feet by early Wednesday
afternoon. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* Impact... at 11.0 feet... flood waters will continue to rise in the Fork retch
community located near Nichols. Flood waters will begin to affect some homes
at Fork retch. Swampland flooding will increase.

Pender... Columbus... western Brunswick... Bladen... Horry... south
central Marion... southeastern Williamsburg and Georgetown counties...

At 559 PM EST... a line of showers was located from
Elizabethtown... to Tabor City... to Andrews... and was moving east at
30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these showers.
