The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect from 4 am to noon EST Wednesday.

* Locations... areas near and east of Interstate 95... including
the Charleston Metro area.

* Visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times.

* Impacts... low visibility will make travel difficult.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
