western Richland County in central South Carolina...
southeastern Newberry County in central South Carolina...

* until 1145 PM EDT

* at 838 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
Urban and Small Stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to three
inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lexington... Irmo... Batesburg... Red Bank... Batesburg-Leesville...
Leesville... Chapin... Gilbert... Summit... Little Mountain...
Pomaria... peak and Lake Murray of Richland.
