advisory... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 9 am EST
Wednesday.

* Visibility... one quarter mile or less.

* Impacts... hazardous driving conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

... Areas of dense fog developing this evening...

Fog developing across the midlands and csra will become more
widespread and dense by midnight. A few areas are already
experiencing visibilities of one-half mile or less. Visibilities
will lower and dense fog will become more widespread throughout
the evening. A dense fog advisory has been issued for the midlands
South Carolina and the central Savannah River area of Georgia from
midnight tonight until 9 am Wednesday morning.

Motorist should be prepared for increased travel time. If driving...
slow down... use low beam headlights... and leave plenty of distance
ahead of you in case a sudden stop is needed.
