The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued
a Winter Weather Advisory for black ice... which is in effect until
noon EST Friday.

Piedmont.

surfaces.

* Timing... developing tonight and continuing through Friday
morning.

* Impacts... potentially hazardous travel conditions.
