Through sunrise...areas of fog are expected across much of east central Florida. A dense fog advisory is in effect for Brevard... Osceola...Lake...Orange...Seminole...and Volusia counties this morning and will remain in effect until 9 am. Here...areas of fog will reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less at times. Elsewhere...including Okeechobee County and the Treasure Coast... patchy fog will develop and impact the area through mid morning. The fog will make driving conditions locally hazardous on area roadways. If driving...be prepared for rapidly changing visibility over short distances. If you do encounter thick fog...slow down and use your low beam headlights. After the fog Burns off this morning...a warm and pleasant afternoon is expected with partly cloudy skies and high temperatures in the low 80s across the interior. The chilly waters of the Atlantic Ocean will keep temperatures several degrees cooler along the beaches of the barrier islands.
