Through the late afternoon...widely scattered strong storms will occur in vicinity of Lake Okeechobee...especially near the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 95 in Martin and Saint Lucie counties. Gusts could briefly reach between 45 to 55 mph...along with locally heavy rain and frequent lightning. Storms will be most likely to occur from near Indiantown to Port Saint Lucie. Movement and development will be slowly inland. Elsewhere...isolated showers and storms will occur mainly north and west of Interstate 4 from Ocala and Leesburg...to Lake George and Zellwood.
