The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Flood Advisory for rain and melting snow in...
Marion County in northern West Virginia...

* until 430 PM EST

* emergency managers reported of improved flooding conditions.
Currently... no roads are closed and only minor flooding is occurring
through out the County. Though the current threat of flooding is
diminished... additional rainfall through the afternoon may cause
minor flooding to remain before the transition to snow occurs.
Therefore the areal Flood Warning is being replaced by an areal
Flood Advisory.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
