Willacy County in deep south Texas...

* until 1130 am CDT

* at 825 am CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
McAllen... Edinburg... mission... Pharr... Harlingen... Weslaco... San
Juan... Alamo... Donna... Mercedes... Raymondville... Hidalgo... La
Feria... Edcouch... La Villa... mission fire station number 5... Donna
