* Timing... late tonight through Saturday night.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 45 mph.

* Temperatures... from 5 below zero highest elevations to 10 above

* Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.
