Issued: 5:52 AM EST Feb. 14, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 4 PM this
afternoon to 10 am EST Tuesday...

* accumulations... snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches... along with
up to a quarter of an inch of ice accretion. Most of the ice
will occur Monday night into Tuesday morning and primarily in
the Greenbrier valley.

* Temperatures... in the single digits to teens... rising into the
low to mid 30s by Tuesday morning.

* Timing... this afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* Impacts... untreated roads will be come snow covered... creating
hazardous travel conditions. Some limbs may fall due to ice
accretion with isolated power outages possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow... and
ice are expected. This will make travel very hazardous or
impossible.
