... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...

* locations... portions of southern West Virginia and southwest
Virginia.

* Hazard types... snow

* ice accumulations... no additional ice accumulation.

* Total snow accumulations... 3 to 5 inches.

* Timing... snow mostly ends late this afternoon.

* Impacts... untreated roads and sidewalks could become snow and
ice covered. Snow and ice could cause downed tree limbs and
power outages.

* Temperatures... in the 20s.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow are forecast
that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an emergency. If
