The National Weather Service in Blacksburg has cancelled the
Winter Storm Watch.

* Locations... southwest Virginia into the high country of
northwest North Carolina.

* Hazard types... snow showers.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches at higher
elevations and on western slopes. Less than 2 inches at lower
elevations.

* Timing... tonight into late Wednesday.

* Impacts... roads will become snow covered and slick.

* Temperatures... lows tonight in the lower teens to lower 20s.
Highs on Tuesday in the mid teens to mid 20s.

* Wind chills... 5 below to 20 below zero Wednesday night.
