Special Statement
Statement as of 3:53 AM EST on February 28, 2015

... Areas of black ice expected this morning...

Temperatures climbed into the upper 30s to the lower 40s Friday
afternoon. This produced snow melt and resulted in wet
surfaces... and pooling of water... which has refrozen into ice.
These patches of ice may cause travel difficulties. Be prepared
for slippery roads... sidewalks and parking lots. Please use extra
caution if you venture outdoors overnight or early Saturday. Any
surface that looks wet will likely be ice instead of water.
